I love a list. I mean, I seriously love a list. I keep a Bullet Journal, so I make a To-Do list every day. I make lists of music to listen to, of books to read and TV programmes to watch. So you can imagine my excitement when I came across The 52 Lists Project, a book by Moorea Seal. The premise of the book is that list making doesn’t always have to be about keeping a tally on things, but it can be a tool for exploration and reflection.
Basically, the journal contains 52 lists (believe it or not!), one for every week of the year. They range from listing dream trips, your best qualities and favourite quotes. My plan for this year is to post one a week, answering them as honestly as I can and hopefully learning a little along the way.
At the end of each list, there’s a “Take Action” comment at the bottom, offering questions to reflect on and steps to take to achieve the things on your list.
If you want to get involved, the book is available on Amazon, and you can get involved on social media using the hashtag #52listsproject.
