Unboxing Beauty Pie

I became one of those millenial bloggers. You know those cool people who seem to be able to find a subscription box for anything? Well, I’m not cool, but I caved and ordered from Beauty Pie, after I came across the idea from the wonderful Miss Amy May. The premise is simple – you give Beauty Pie £10 a month, and you get access to make up at cost prices. You get an allowance of £100 of what the product retails at, and you just pay the cost. For the first month, they give you an extra allowance, up to £200 of retail, to get you started.

I ordered from Beauty Pie on Wednesday and everything arrived by Saturday. I finally got a chance to open everything today (Sunday) as yesterday was mentally busy. So here’s what I bought!

Everything arrived beautifully packaged in tissue paper, and the products were carefully wrapped up to avoid damage in transit.

I actually got quite a lot of different products:

Matte Retouch Pore-Minimizing Primer £3.79

Super Luminous Concealer £3.02

Wondergel All-Day Stay Eyeliner £4.25

Precision Eyeliner Marker £1.78

Flash False Lash Mascara £2.41

Wondercolour Cream Eyeshadow Stick (x2) £2.55/£2.56

Everyday Great Skin Foundation £5.50

Incrediblur Instant Retouching Foundation £3.82

Total, including membership and shipping £48.62.

Considering I normally spend upwards of £30 on a foundation, I thought it was worth the try! I haven’t had a chance to look at things in detail, but stay tuned for reviews in the next few days.

Do you have any beauty recommendations?
